• GS Events reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict entry if necessary for safety or compliance reasons.

Attendees must comply with venue regulations and UAE laws.
GS Events reserves the right to remove any attendee for misconduct, safety concerns, or disruptive behaviour without refund.

 

4. Photography & Recording Consent

All GS Events programs are subject to professional photography and videography.

By entering the event venue, attendees:

• Grant GS Events full rights to use their image, likeness, and recordings for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Acknowledge that such media may be published publicly across digital and print platforms.

Entry to the event constitutes consent to this clause.

 

5. Event Modifications

GS Events reserves the right to:

• Change event dates, speakers, schedules, or venues

• Postpone or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

• Modify event format for operational or regulatory reasons
